Gift Sertificates
- The certificate allows you to purchase any product in the Must Have stores.
- To buy Must Have clothing with a certificate, you must show it.
- Payment by certificate is accepted in the Must Have stores, on the musthave.ua online store, as well as by courier during delivery in Kyiv.
- The certificate is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After the expiration of the term, the certificate is void. You can find out the date of purchase of the certificate by calling +38 044 355 55 00.
- During the purchase of the certificate, the customer's bonus card is not applicable. The client's bonus card does not apply to purchases made when paying with a certificate.
- If the purchase price is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference is non-refundable.
- If the purchase price exceeds the face value of the certificate, the difference can be paid in cash or by card.
- Goods paid for with a certificate are non-refundable. Exchange for another product is possible.
- If the amount of the new order is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference is not returned.
- Please note that the certificate is non-exchangeable for cash and non-refundable.
- The administration of Must Have reserves the right to change the rules for using the certificate. Any changes and additions to the Rules for the use of the gift certificate are not subject to prior agreement with the Buyer/Holder. Must Have informs about changes and additions to the Rules for the use of the gift certificate by publishing them on the website.
